At Dragon's Edge Apparel, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to be simple and straightforward, while taking into account the specific nature of the clothing item you have purchased.

General Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Categories

  1. Standard Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Pants, etc.)

    • Return Window: 30 days from purchase date.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. Specialty Items (Custom Orders, Limited Editions)

    • Return Window: 14 days from purchase date.

    • Return Conditions: Custom orders and limited edition items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • Refund Method: Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  3. Undergarments and Swimwear

    • Return Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, all sales on undergarments and swimwear are final unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • Return Conditions: If defective or damaged, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@dragonsedge.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Pack and Ship Your Item: Include the RMA number with your return package and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process to send back the item you do not want and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Issue: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@dragonsedge.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

  • Resolution: We will provide instructions for returning the item and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
